This is an area, where the Bix 3 greatly differs from it's predecessors. Edit: the SK3 2836mm 1040kv motor is a very nice motor, but it's slighly overkill for a 8x3.8 prop. A ligther SK3 2822 or 2826mm motor could do that. Those are, however, too short for the Bix 3's motor pod.
