WebI have a 55" Insignia Fire TV, model #NS55df710na19. It was assembled March 2024. The problem is the screen randomly went black a couple of weeks ago. If I turn it off and back on, it will flash normal but then cut to black. Sometimes it will stay on for around 30 seconds or so before cutting out. The sound works. Alexa voice controls work.
