WebbI find mine a little over sensitive on the steps (<5%) and the heart rate monitor to largely be accurate depending on how I wear it. There's occasions where my HR hit 160, and it took a minute or so for the band to read up from 100-120-160. But I've been satisfied tooling around with where I wear it to get better accuracy.
